Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RepReel mobile application ("App") operated by RepReel ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RepReel. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

RepReel allows you to:

• Import workout videos from third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) via URL or share intent
• Analyze imported videos using AI to extract exercises, sets, reps, and form cues
• Organize exercises into workout plans with scheduling
• Log workouts and track your fitness progress

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• RepReel offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android).
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.
• We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change applies to their next renewal.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide (workout logs, profile information, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the right to share any URLs or content you import into the App and that your use does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Imported Videos & Third-Party Content

RepReel processes publicly accessible video URLs to extract workout information. We do not host, download, or redistribute video content. We extract metadata and frames for AI analysis only. You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party content complies with those platforms' terms of service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Workout analysis, exercise identification, and plan suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. RepReel does not provide medical advice. You should:

• Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program
• Verify AI-generated exercise instructions for safety and correctness
• Use your own judgment regarding appropriate weights, reps, and intensity
• Stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Circumvent subscription requirements or access controls
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, branding, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by RepReel and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab within the App or via our Account Deletion page. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your device's subscription settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated workout content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepReel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
