Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your RepReel account and all associated personal data at any time.

Delete From the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the RepReel app:

  1. Open RepReel and go to the Profile tab
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can request deletion by email. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate it.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

  • Your profile and account information
  • All imported workouts and saved exercises
  • Workout plans and schedules
  • Workout logs and progress history
  • XP, levels, badges, and streak data
  • Push notification tokens and preferences

Important

  • Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android) before or after deleting your account.
  • Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent. Your data cannot be recovered once the deletion is processed.
  • Processing time: Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once complete.
