Your saved folder
is a graveyard.
You save the reel. You mean it. Then it sinks under two hundred others and you never train it once. Not because you're lazy. A video just isn't a plan. You can't follow it in the gym between sets.
A saved video is a bookmark.
RepReel turns it into reps.

One link in.
A real workout out.
RepReel watches the video frame by frame, not just the caption. It writes down every exercise it sees, with the sets, reps, tempo and form cues that go with them. Usually in under a minute.

The AI breaks it down
RepReel pulls frames from the video and reads what's actually happening: every exercise, set, rep and rest gap. No typing.
Train it for real
Drop the workout into your week, get a nudge when it's time, then log every set at the gym. Streaks do the rest.
Not a folder.
A training system.
Everything between “that looks good” and actually finishing the set.
Your week, actually planned

Streaks, XP and badges
The part that keeps you honest. Every logged session feeds a streak, earns XP and unlocks badges, so showing up compounds.

Which apps can I import from?
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, including Shorts and Reels. Tap share in those apps and pick RepReel, or copy the link and paste it in. Private and age-restricted videos can't be read, since RepReel only sees what a logged-out viewer would.
How does the AI actually read a video?
RepReel's proprietary AI engine pulls frames across the whole video and watches the footage, along with the title and description. It picks out every exercise being demonstrated and the sets, reps, tempo, rest and form cues that go with it, then writes the whole thing out as a structured workout. It is reading what happens on screen, not scraping the caption.
What if it gets an exercise wrong?
Edit it. Every workout is fully editable after import. Rename exercises, fix the sets and reps, delete anything that doesn't belong, add what was missed. The AI gives you a draft. You keep control of the final thing.
Do I need a gym?
No. Bodyweight, home dumbbells, resistance bands, full commercial gym. If the video shows it, RepReel can extract it. During setup you tell it what equipment you have so plans stay realistic.
What does it cost?
RepReel is free to download. RepReel Pro is $9.99 a month, or $39.99 for the year, which works out to about $3.33 a month. The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. The App Store shows you the exact terms before you confirm anything.
How do I cancel?
Through Apple, in two taps: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RepReel → Cancel. It's your App Store subscription, so we never hold it hostage. You keep access until the paid period ends.
Does it work without signal?
Your workouts, plans and logs are cached on the device, so you can pull up a session and log sets in a basement gym with no bars. Importing a new video needs a connection, since that's where the analysis happens.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. RepReel is iPhone-only today. Android is on the roadmap, but we'd rather do one platform properly than two badly.
